AGREEMENT TO TERMS
As part of the ordering process, you will accept the following terms and conditions of sale.
This is our Terms and Conditions, which informs you of our refund, replacement, cancellation policy.
1. RETURNS & REPLACEMENT
All products purchased on HonestNeeds.com can be returned and replaced within the same day of the delivery date if found expired/spoiled/damaged to the customer. To be eligible for a return, your items must be returned in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes invoice, packing slip etc.).
After receiving the product our testing team will verify, approve and initiate the replacement.
2. CANCELLATION
Buyer shall not be entitled to cancel Order once placed.
3. DELIVERY TIMELINE
At HonestNeeds.com, all orders with delivery within 10 kilometer radius From Our Center - Madurams Flat, #25/38, Flat - G-3, 79th Street, Ashok Nagar, Chennai. PIN - 600083; will be delivered by our own fleet.
We have our own fleet of delivery executives to provide timely delivery and to maintain freshness of our products. All our delivery executives are well trained to provide you with the best service.
All orders placed after 3 P.M will be considered for next day delivery. Orders placed till 3 P.M will be delivered on the same day. Our delivery begins at 11 A.M and ends at 9 P.M.
All the other orders will be delivered via third - party courier agencies.
4. SHIPPING POLICY
HonestNeeds.com is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except on Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Speedpost.
How the delivery charge is calculated?
The shipping charge is calculated for volumetric weight. If total volumetric weight is less than or equal to 1 kilogram then a flat rate of ₹100 is applied as shipping charge, if total volumetric weight is greater than 1 kilogram or less than or equal to 2.5 kilogram then a flat rate of ₹200 is applied as shipping charge, if total volumetric weight is greater than 2.5 kilogram or less than or equal to 5 kilogram then a flat rate of ₹300 is applied as shipping charge and if total volumetric weight is greater than 5 kilogram then a flat rate of ₹400 is applied as shipping charge. Our Product prices are inclusive of all taxes.
